Oakland county and the Birmingham, Michigan area need more jobs, but the market is not a bad as everyone wants to paint it. Sure there are more homes on the market than last year at this time and fewer have sold this year, But there have been a lot of home sales take place irregardless of the “Slow Market”. It is time for us to realize that the economic glass in Michigan is more than half full. With the right attitude we can go out and make positive economic things happen.
